What does this Privacy Policy cover?

This Privacy Policy only applies to how REKALL DYNAMICS deals with your personal information received by REKALL DYNAMICS. It does not apply to any company outside the REKALL DYNAMICS group or to any such company’s websites, even if you access them through REKALL DYNAMICS or through the Website. If you disclose your personal information to any company outside the REKALL DYNAMICS group, your information will be dealt with according to their privacy practices.

In particular, we may from time to time use a payment agent, PayPal, for the payment aspects of transactions between you and REKALL DYNAMICS. Where you provide personal information to PayPal as part of a transaction with us, you will be doing so on the PayPal website and not on the Website and as such you are not providing such personal information to us. In such circumstances we do not store or have access to such personal information and the information is dealt with and protected according to the privacy practices and data security systems and encryption arrangements of PayPal and not REKALL DYNAMICS.
